Aquapark in Moscow, Russia.

This waterpark was never completed. During construction a fatal accident in 2004 at another Russian waterpark - called Transvaal - caused over 20 people to die. Because of the accident safety regulations for amusement parks became much more stricter and the owner of this park didn’t have enough money to apply these new rules and construction was ceased.
The park would have been a massive 12-story structure with multiple swimming pools, water slides and even hotel and cafes. The park is now overgrown with vegetation and has been the victim of graffiti. In 2007 someone bought the site with the idea of constructing a shopping center, but the park has yet to be demolished.
